You'll play a key role in one of the biggest brand transformations in Australian QSR, helping redefine how Mad Mex shows up across social, restaurants and culture.

Your Misión

As our Content Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our brand, creating content that stops the scroll, sparks conversations, and turns online engagement into amigos walking through our restaurant doors.

From capturing the latest menu launch to supporting local restaurants and partnering with creators, no two days are the same. If you're someone who loves creating content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn trends into real business results, we'd love to hear from you.

Create Content That Gets People Talking

• Create, film, edit and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Manage our content calendar and keep our social channels active, engaging and on-brand.
• Jump on trends quickly and give them an authentic Mad Mex twist.
• Work with creators and influencers to produce engaging campaigns.
• Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve results.

Bring Local Restaurants to Life

• Support local restaurant marketing initiatives that drive awareness, community engagement and sales.
• Help deliver exciting campaigns for new restaurant openings.
• Work closely with franchise partners and Operations teams to create local marketing opportunities.
• Share successful local marketing ideas across the restaurant network.

Keep the Brand Fresh & Consistent

• Bring national campaigns to life across every restaurant.
• Create marketing assets, social copy and campaign resources for franchisees.
• Ensure our brand looks and sounds consistent while allowing room for local creativity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and with impact.

To Crush it in this Role:

• You're the person who's always filming, editing or creating something.
• You understand what makes people stop scrolling, know your way around TikTok and Instagram, and genuinely enjoy bringing brands to life through great content. You're creative, commercially minded and happy rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

You'll bring:

• 3–5 years' experience in content marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Experience creating content that delivers engagement and business results.
• Confidence filming, editing and publishing short-form video content.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building positive relationships.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Extra Guac

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience in hospitality, retail, QSR or multi-site businesses.
• Worked with influencers or content creators.
• Experience supporting local area marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of paid social campaigns.
• Photography or graphic design skills.
• Spanish-speaking skills (not essential, but definitely adds flavour!).

About the Role 
Mad Mex is entering an exciting new chapter. 

With a newly defined brand strategy and refreshed look and feel, we are looking for a General Manager of Brand & Marketing to lead the next phase of our brand evolution and  commercial growth. 

This role is fundamentally a brand leadership role, with marketing as the engine that brings the brand to life. You will own how Mad Mex shows up across every touchpoint, shaping perception, emotional connection, and long-term brand equity, while also driving commercial outcomes. 

You will oversee Brand, and lead the Marketing function to ensure everything we put into market is consistent with our brand strategy, emotionally resonant, and commercially effective. 
 
To crush it in this role, you’ll: 

• Own and elevate all brand touchpoints across the business, ensuring a consistent and powerful Mad Mex brand experience; Store design, customer experience, product and digital platforms 
• Lead the Marketing team to deliver bold, creative and effective brand-led marketing 
• Develop the annual marketing strategy and plan in partnership with the Leadership Team 
• Drive brand building, digital and commercial growth initiatives across all channels
• Ensure marketing activity delivers measurable ROI and strong business impact
• Lead innovation in marketing, including the use of AI to maximise impact and efficiency 
• Manage partners, influencers and external relationships to ensure brand alignment and performance
• Oversee marketing budget, forecasting and performance tracking with a balance of brand and commercial outcomes 

What You Bring 
We are looking for someone who: 

• Has 10+ years’ experience in Brand management & marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally with challenger brand experience 
• Has strong leadership experience in marketing, ideally within fast-paced, scale or challenger brands
• Has multi-unit retail experience  
• Is commercially minded and understands marketing as a driver of revenue growth
• Has deep experience across brand, digital, social, loyalty and campaign marketing 
• Is confident using data, insights and performance metrics to guide decisions 
• Thinks creatively and challenges traditional marketing approaches
• Has experience managing teams and delivering results in dynamic environments
• Brings curiosity, innovation and a future-focused mindset, including AI and digital innovation

The Role – More Than Operations 
  
As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of corporate and franchise restaurants across Melbourne, VIC. 
  
You’ll work closely with Franchise Partners and Restaurant Leaders to lift performance, build capability, and create experiences that give amigos a reason to return. 
  
This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend time in restaurants, coaching teams, strengthening culture, and bringing the brand to life on the ground. 
  
What You’ll Own 

• Bring Por El Sabor to life across every restaurant, embedding a strong hospitality-first mindset,  
• Coach Franchise Partners and Restaurant Leaders to lead with energy, accountability, and consistency
• Drive performance across sales, labour, and profitability while maintaining a strong people focus
• Build capability and develop future leaders across your region
• Support new restaurant openings and key brand initiatives
• Uphold standards across food safety, quality, and brand execution
• Partner with teams to deliver local marketing that connects with the community

What You’ll Be Doing 
 
Service Desk Escalation & Support 

• Own complex technical escalations and get to the root cause.
• Support and guide Support Analysts with troubleshooting.
• Identify recurring issues and implement lasting fixes.
• Keep documentation and runbooks fresh and useful
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up diagnosis and resolution. 

IT Operations & Systems 

• Monitor and maintain our systems, cloud environment and restaurant technology.
• Manage updates, configurations and deployments across key platforms.
• Troubleshoot POS, EFTPOS, networks, devices, Microsoft 365, Azure and more.
• Support new restaurant openings, upgrades and technology rollouts.
• Work with vendors to resolve technical issues. 

Systems, Integrations & Development Support 

• Support and troubleshoot system integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Manage automation scripts using PowerShell, Python or similar tools.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve authentication or data issues.
• Build smarter workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot and AI tools. 

Continuous Improvement & Technical Contribution 

• Spot opportunities to improve systems through automation and AI.
• Investigate recurring problems and turn quick fixes into better solutions.
• Contribute to technical projects, system improvements and deployments.
• Share knowledge and help build stronger IT processes across the team.
• Recommend smarter ways to make our tech more reliable and our people more effective. 

What You Bring 

You’re a hands-on problem solver who likes getting under the hood and figuring out why the hell something isn’t working. 

You’ll bring: 

• Experience in IT support, systems administration or technical operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune and Windows Server.
• Understanding of APIs, REST, JSON and integrations.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or similar.
• Experience across networks, POS, cloud and devices.
• ITSM and Jira Service Management experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• The judgement to use AI responsibly and validate its output.
• A curious mindset and appetite to keep learning.

About the Role
