The Role – More Than Operations As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of corporate and franchise restaurants across NSW. You’ll work closely with Franchise Partners and Restaurant Leaders to lift performance, build capability, and create experiences that give amigos a reason to return. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend time in restaurants, coaching teams, strengthening culture, and bringing the brand to life on the ground. What You’ll Own Bring Por El Sabor to life across every restaurant, embedding a strong hospitality-first mindset Coach Franchise Partners and Restaurant Leaders to lead with energy, accountability, and consistency Drive performance across sales, labour, and profitability while maintaining a strong people focus Build capability and develop future leaders across your region Support new restaurant openings and key brand initiatives Uphold standards across food safety, quality, and brand execution Partner with teams to deliver local marketing that connects with the community Collaborate with the wider business to turn strategy into action in restaurants
About You You’re a leader people want to follow. You’ve likely led multi-site teams in hospitality or retail and are confident working with both Franchise Partners and corporate teams. You understand how to drive performance, but just as importantly, you know how to bring people with you. You’re hands-on, people-focused, and bring energy that lifts those around you.
