About the Role The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and driving value from Mad Mex’s digital and CRM channels. They will also support on running Mad Mex’s ‘Mad Members’ loyalty offering. Key responsibilities include: - Driving growth and providing value to the Mad Members loyalty base. This will involve creating seamless digital user experiences from in-restaurant to app and website.
- Manage end-to-end CRM communications for local area marketing to national campaigns and more.
- Responsible for the development of user journeys to create personalised and timely communications to customers.
- Analysis and setup of delivery campaigns, includes providing recommendations to restaurants on the most suitable campaigns to go to market for their customers.
- Monitoring website performance and actively making enhancements to ensure optimized performance.
- Responsible for implementation and analysis of digital media ads to drive new customer and new franchisee acquisition.
- Collaboration with third party agencies across all digital channels, including relevant internal teams.
To crush it in this role, you’ll: CRM (20%) - Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on:
- Successfully setting up and deploying EDM, push notifications and SMS campaigns
- Leverage A/B testing capabilities and adjust marketing campaigns based on results
- Develop and test user journeys to provide more personalised experiences (national, local area marketing)
- Analyse and monitor EDM performance and provide recommendations for future success
- Work with CRM provider to optimise campaigns and work to strict privacy and personal information protection regulations
- Report on the results and impact on broader company goals
Loyalty (20%) - Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on:
- Enhancing our Mad Members' digital experiences (website, app, and loyalty)
- Develop and launch Mad Member exclusive campaigns and offers
- Deep dive into member data and provide recommendations on how to enhance a Mad Members digital UX and improve CLTV
- Utilise tools to visually communicate key results and the impact on broader company goals
Website (20%) - Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on:
- Management of CMS, content creation, optimise website performance
- Work with a digital agency to optimise site performance, SEO performance, and work towards company goals
- Utilise web tracking tools to analyse and enhance UX when navigating the site
Delivery (20%) - Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on:
- Create and schedule targeted delivery campaigns on Uber Eats, Doordash and Menulog according to key restaurant occasions
- Develop local marketing plan for restaurants to follow for delivery channels
- Report on the impact of campaigns on restaurant sales performance and provide recommendations to key restaurant stakeholders for future success
Digital Media (20%) - Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on:
- Identify areas for growth for customer acquisition within digital channels (social, Google, partnerships, etc)
- Drive the growth of digital sales channels (app and website)
- Identify areas for growth of franchise acquisition within digital channels (social, Google, SEEK, etc)
- Maximise ROI from digital media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Conduct regular health checks of all digital media platforms
Skills & Experience: - 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or agency. Whether that be a creative agency, SEO, digital or had relevant industry experience from university internships.
- Understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing
- Strong drive to learn and develop new skills
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with proofing own work
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude towards wanting to grow both personally and professionally
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to think laterally and generate innovative solutions to problems
