Position              : Marketing Executive

Reporting to      : General Manager

 

We are looking for an innovative leader who is able to:
  • Serve as brand custodian and provide extensive support on all aspects of marketing
  • Follow franchise guidelines of best marketing practices in areas such as promotion, advertising, digital, social media and retail touch points, aligned to brand’s SOP and guidelines
  • Execute marketing campaigns and artwork for local adoption and adaptation
  • Manage and implement a digital strategy to drive online traffic
  • Review and gather media plans from markets
  • Work closely with the Franchise Marketing Manager in planning marketing calendar and activities, including developing extensive brand and marketing guidelines as part of the franchise marketing toolkit
  • Work together with key stakeholders in analyzing and proposing local marketing strategy, promotions and activities
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers for regional collateral development in terms of content and art direction
  • Manage and implement a digital strategy to drive online traffic
  • Assist with gathering data for marketing reports and competitor marketing and sales materials both online and offline
  • Analysis and reporting of regional marketing activity

An ideal candidate will:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Advertising/Media, Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Food and Beverage Brand Management Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Franchise Marketing Execution
  • Be able to deliver via excellent command of English
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
  • Not limited to the above but it’s an added advantage if one is experienced in media planning and copy-writing
  • Be highly organized, resourceful, meticulous and capable of multi-tasking
  • Be the proactive, result-oriented and enthusiastic team player
