Mad Mex is looking for a hardworking and passionate Casual Grill Cook to be part of our team at our restaurant located in Brookfield.

About the Role 

The Casual Grill Cook is responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

About You 

Our people are friendly & outgoing, have a strong work ethic & are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. If you have some experience in the food industry – great, however, it’s not an essential requirement. All you need is a vibrant personality, a love for Mexican, and a willingness to learn!
