About the Role 
We’re just as passionate about our people as we are about our flavour, and we’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can bring both together. 

You’ll be the driving force behind your restaurant, leading your team, owning performance and creating an experience that keeps our amigos coming back for more. 

You’ll take ownership of: 

• Building, coaching and developing a high-performing familia.
• Driving sales, profitability and restaurant performance.
• Delivering exceptional operations, every shift, every day.
• Creating an energetic, welcoming experience for every amigo who walks through the door.
• Defending freshness, quality and the bold flavours we’re known for.
• Bringing our culture and Por El Sabor attitude to life through your team. 

This isn’t about sitting in the office managing from the sidelines. You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, bringing the energy and fighting for flavour alongside your team. 

About You 
You’re a people-first leader who knows how to bring the energy, set the standard and get the best out of your team. 

You thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get amongst it. You know that great restaurants come from great teams, strong standards and leaders who take ownership. 

You’ll bring: 

• Experience leading a restaurant, hospitality or high-volume retail team.
• A track record of building strong teams and delivering results.
• Confidence with sales, labour, costs and restaurant performance.
• A hands-on leadership style – you lead from the front.
• Plenty of personality, energy and a little cheekiness.
• A genuine passion for people, food and creating an experience customers want to come back for.
• Most importantly, you’re ready to own your restaurant, back your familia and Fight for Flavour.
